The apartment has a large kitchen and balcony.

The Complex is very quiet and only has 23 apartments. It is also very conveniently located near Bus and Ferry / City Cat stops.

I am a pretty quiet person and get along with most people. I would just like to find a nice sociable person to share my apartment.
