Directly off the bedroom is a spacious ensuite and the remainder of the apartment is fully furnished. There is airconditioning and a fan in the main lounge/dining/kitchen area downstairs and fans in both bedrooms which are located upstairs. The complex has a pool with deck chairs and is easy walking distance to both bus and ferry public transport as well as the bars and restaurants of Teneriffe/New Farm. Ample visitor parking space available and there are car spaces for rent. Im a professional female in my mid 30s who works full time. I tend to be quiet during the week but go out or am working most weekends. Looking for a like minded person who enjoys peace and quiet during the working week. Also someone who is employed full-time clean and tidy as well as considerate and respectful. Utilities (gas and electricity) are paid quarterly and are to be shared. Sorry no couples or pets and must be a non-smoker. Rent is $250 per week and is paid fortnightly in advance. Bond is $1000.
