Im looking for a tidy easygoing fun responsible flatmate to share my 2 bedroom apartment in the Powerhouse Apartments in New Farm/Teneriffe. The unfurnished medium-sized bedroom has an ensuite built-in wardrobes high vaulted windows and air-con/heating. I am currently in the process of having the timber floors polished in the bedrooms.The two-level apartment is otherwise fullyfurnished and really is gorgeous. The bedrooms areupstairs and downstairs incorporates kitchen/living/balcony laundry and a powder room/toilet. From the balcony you look down on the pool area and over the neighbours gardens. Rent is $270/wk +expenses and bond is $1080. Thecomplex is secure has onsite management and includes the aforementioned pool as well as a gym. The location is amazing- close to New Farm Park and the river and walking distance to shops transport and some great bars/restaurants. I am 29 considerate easy-going very tidy and domost of my socialising out of the house. I will occasionally host a casual dinner but the complex is pretty quiet so its not really suitable for parties. There is no TV but you are quite welcome to have one in your room. I work business hours and study when I have time. If I have any spare time left after that I spend it catching up with friends and going for day trips/weekends away. Ive had a lot of experience living with people from varying backgrounds. One thing I have learnt is that tidy for one person can mean something else entirely to another person Thus there is an option to have a cleaner come fortnightly though I would rather avoid this.Please get back to me with some details about yourself.
