I’m looking for a tidy, easygoing, responsible flatmate to share my 2 bedroom apartment in the Powerhouse Apartments in New Farm/Teneriffe. The unfurnished medium-sized bedroom has polished timber floors, modern ensuite, built-in wardrobes, high vaulted windows, and air-con/heating.

The two-level apartment is otherwise fully
furnished, and really is gorgeous. The bedrooms are
upstairs, and downstairs incorporates kitchen/living/balcony,
laundry, and a ‘powder room’/toilet. From the balcony, you look down on the pool area and across to the neighbour’s jacaranda tree.

Rent is $250/wk +expenses, and bond is $1000. The
complex is secure, has onsite management, and includes the aforementioned pool as well as a gym. The location is amazing- close to New Farm Park and the river and walking distance to shops, transport, and some great bars/restaurants.

I am 30, considerate, easy-going, very tidy, and do
most of my socialising out of the house. I will occasionally host a casual dinner, but the complex is pretty quiet so it’s not really suitable for parties. There is no TV, but you are quite welcome to have one in your room. I work business hours and study when I have time. If I have any spare time left after that, I spend it catching up with friends and going for weekends away.
