Large New Farm apartment with room available. Close to Merthyr Road Village, public transport, and close to the city. Apartment has city views, with a slight river view. Preferably looking at getting a male in but also considering female. Must be clean and tidy and willing to participate in household duties. You will be sharing the apartment with a 24 year old carpenter and 19 year old office worker/uni student. We are both friendly and engaging, enjoy having a drink and socialising, and also our down time. We looking for someone that isn’t just after a room but also socialising in the house, going out for meals together or drinks. We are looking for 200 a week including bills, and unlimited internet.
