I am living with five friendly backpackers from the UK in the New Farm district of Brisbane Merthyr Road. I live with four males and one female and I have decided to move out as I wish to travel up the coast. rent will be $150 a week which includes wireless internet access foxtel TV and all water and electricity. The rent is collected by the landlord each Monday. No deposit is required but must be willing to stay until the 7th of August 2011. The last week of rent I have already paid for so is FREE!!!! Also if extra weeks are needed in the house after the 7th of August this can be arranged too. I am sharing a room with one male which has two single beds in it and so a single bed space will be free when i move out. The house has two showers a large lounge (TV DVD Foxtel) a balcony a washing room with washing machine a kitchen with microwave oven toaster fridge etc. Smoking is alowed off the balcony.
