I have a room to rent in my fully furnished New Farm apartment. The room has brand new furniture and is a decent size. Included is your own bathroom complete with tub! The bedrooms are on either side of the apartment so there is a fair amount of privacy. I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy and very respectful of other peoples property. I am an easy going professional working Monday to Friday and am out quite often. The 199 bus to the CBD is across the road and New Farm Park is only a few minutes walk away. Freshwater Apartments is situated on the boardwalk has beautiful facilities and is a great building to live in!
