HiIve just rented a new two bedroom apartment perfectly positioned in New Farm along Brunswick St just near Gerties and the Alibi Room! If youre looking to live close the city valley and enjoy all that they have to offer read onIm a 28 year guy who works full time in the city as a network engineer. Pretty neat and tidy stress free and I can cover the rent myself but am interested in renting out the second room to help fund a lifestyle of nights out good food good wine regular holidays and overseas travel as often as possible :-)I just want to split the rent evenly however so in return you get to live in.An apartment on the third floor and split over two levels of its own. It has two bedrooms two bathrooms two car parks two private balconies and access to a huge rooftop balcony overlooking Brunswick Street and New Farm/The Valley/Bowen Hills/etc. It catches great breezes and the view is fantastic. Perfect for a sunset bev or three. The apartment has aircon for when the breezes arent running! The room you would be renting is currently unfurnished and quite large. Probably no issues getting a king size bed into it. It includes built-ins. The bathroom on the lower floor includes the laundry but apart from that its pretty much dedicated to you.Theres two car parks in double depth but since I walk/jog/ride into work I really dont drive much except to get to the coast on the weekends sometimes. If youre a regular driver then the outer spot is most definitely yours. Theres secure storage space down there for bikes etc also.I have a washing machine fridge TV/DVD/HDTV and some furniture at this point but am planning on buying some more but am holding off doing so until I found a flatmate. If you already have furniture you want to keep particularly if its better than what Ive got Im happy to get rid of mine in favor of yours or work out a way to combine it that works well. Again theres space for some storage downstairs in the car parks.If this sounds good to you drop me an email or call at a reasonable hour. Im usually awake until midnight anyway. Im ideally looking for someone who Ill get along with someone whos willing to have a beer or a wine on the balconies or drop downstairs somewhere for a meal and whatever occasionally.The last tenants got kicked out for noise complaints amongst other things. There are owner occupiers in the complex. I dont mind a party ever now and again already planning one now but within reasonable hours and with consideration for others. Party animals and inconsiderate pricks please dont apply.Travelers welcome provided youre going to be staying for awhile 3+ months ideally.Smokers welcome provided its kept outside on the balcony. I might even join you occasionally for one but I dont smoke in any way regularly.Couples welcome provided youre stress free and stable Ive been in the middle of messy/disastrous situations before and dont want to be again!$220 per week $880 bond
