The rooms features built in wardrobes and not furnished however the rest of the house is fully furnished so you will only need to bring bedroom furniture. The rent is $130 per week.

Gas, electricity & unlimited internet which will be about $180 every three months. Sorry no pets- real estate rule..not ours!

The location is great, we are located Lutwyche really close to the Lutwyche centro shopping centre – heaps of gyms -and frequent public transport.
