We are Claire & Kerri – both young professionals and I, Claire, also study full-time. We are both laid back, like to have a drink or a laugh… but also appreciate the need for peace and study!

The house is located just near Lutwyche Centro, which comprises of a Coles super-market, multiple banks, gyms and is directly across the road from the new busway. It takes ~10mins to QUT KG and ~15mins to the city! The house is an old Queenslander in original but immaculate condition, carpet throughout. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a separate second toilet, study, sleep out/ sunroom and large living area. The house is fully furnished and the room is unfurnished.
