I am a super friendly and easygoing girl who works full time in Human Resources and studies part time my Masters in Human Resources and Organisational Development. I tend to stay to myself, but I do like go have fun (when I’m not studying).

The townhouse is situated behind the Good Guys in Lutwyche in Urban Ridges Terraces. Best thing about the location is that its a 2 min walk to Coles and 2 minute walk to the Truro St Bus Station in Lutwyche which has buses going in and out of the city every 10-15 minutes during peak hours.

The townhouse is three stories and you will have your own room that can easily fit a queen bedroom suite with own private en-suite attached, built in wardrobe with mirrors.

The townhouse is completely furnished, apart from the bedroom, so just bring along your bedroom and your lovely self or selves!

Singles and couples are welcome, however it will change the rent, Singles to pay $230.00 and couples to pay $290.00 (per week).

Lockable garage for negotiated extra, otherwise there is free complex parking.

Only shared bill will be electricity, which will be split evenly.
