We have a big house in lutwyche and although it has 3 spare rooms we are looking for just 1 other person to move in so we all have enough space and can always have a spare room if friends want to drop over.
we are both 24 and work fulltime,we are easy going dont mind what you get up to as long as you can pay rent and have a laugh.

the house is about 4km from city and valley and is close to shops,uni motorway,airport and clem7 tunnel.

it has a bar and rumpus room with glass wall looking out over pool,well spaced modern kitchen,utility room with washing machine,garage,other random room, three lounge rooms, music room, one bathroom downstairs, a bigger one upstairs, 2 giant bedrooms with a balcony and 2 medium sized bedrooms at the back with big balcony looking out over pool, massive garden,cellar and foresty parklands.
with 1 of the lounge rooms feel free to make it completely your own as we had no plans for it.
the house is partly furnished and im currently furnishing the rest , more couches and big tvs etc.

the negotiable bit is just there for paying bills in your rent if you are interested we can sort something out.
