Part of the new Vantage Lutwyche development, the apartment is situated in the best spot in the building, the south-west corner with a city view. Easy access to anywhere in Brisbane – only 5km (14 mins) to the Brisbane CBD and a 7 minute walk to the shops. The apartment is fitted with brand new, modern furniture and amenities. Being a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with plenty of common space and a balcony, our apartment suits couples and small families. We also have one secure car space available and plenty of parking on the street.

Each room is fitted with two Single Beds (2.03m length) to accommodate our group travellers but we are able to push them together for couples to make a King. Please let us know when renting if a change to the bed configuration is required. During your stay, be sure to check out the wonderful rooftop common area on Level 6 with a city view. Its a great place to spend time with friends and family or read a book in solitude.

Lutwyche is a safe, quirky, up and coming area on the outskirts of some of the richest suburbs of Brisbane. Driving or ubering is the best option to get anywhere fast in Brisbane. The CBD is an easy 14-minute drive away and the Airport is just a 12-minute drive with the Airport Link tunnel just down the road. Chermside Shopping Center is a short drive north of the apartment and houses all the major retailers to fulfil your shopping desires. There is a bus stop conveniently located in front of the building and the train station is only a few minutes walk away. Because we are on a main road, all the buses pass by us.
