Hi guys — I have a room with a double bed for rent.Thre is also a clothes rack. Internet included. I have foxtel in the main roon. The kitchen and shower areas are super small. Electricity included. My 19 year old son lives on the other room. I am a smoker/ drinker and work 9 to 5. I do smoke in the house so I only want another smoker! Parking is avalable but not undercover in the complex. We would be living in close quarters so temporary arrangements are probably best but who knows.. I also have two purebred cats – girls – very hygenic lol. I also think I have a Tv but I’ll get back to you on that
