I spacious property in Keperra two mins walk to a major shopping centre (Great Wester Super Centre) 10 mins walk from Keperra Train Station large back yard bbq house is well maintained and homely. I am a 28 yo male currently occupying the house with pets I have three cats and two dogs who are very well trained and super friendly so if you have pets feel free to bring them if youre staying short term but long term its not really logical to have any more in the house longer than a few months. I do have a pool which is currently out of order but will be working to have it functioning in a few months. I am quiet and respectful and am basically looking for someone chilled who enjoys a glass of wine after work and a good chat or if you prefer to come home and be alone thats cool too. I have a small tv which you can have to yourself in your room or you can watch tv in the loungeroom and the small tv can stay in the outdoor living room. Im a professional non smoker wed be sharing a bathroom but as I said the house is very clean. I am a great cook and dont mind cooking for two and would prefer a single female as I am recently single and would prefer a single household for a while. I do have a self contained unit under the house with a bathroom (toilet and a bath no shower) which you can rent for 150p/w you would have your own key and would only need to come upstairs to use the kitchen although Im sure I could set you up a small gas cooker so you have your own complete privacy. Internet access available xbox gas stove and gas hot water (so we never run out!) Basically its a great little place 12.9 ks from the city or a 20 min train ride its a quiet street and a very nice place to live.
