Hi myself boyfriend and other housemate live on the detached bottom story of a house we have four bedrooms one bathroom decent sized kitchen and lounge room. We have all modern furnishings you would just need to furnish the room. The room is nothing fancy but is a decent size and you would have your own door to get in and out of the apartment. We split bills 4 ways which are electricity gas and internet. We are easy going and want someone who pays rent and bills on time and someone who isnt too big of a partier and relatively clean.
