Hi… my name is Tiina and I enjoy living in my newly refurbished flat (nicely done). Close to buses (5 mins) to city QUT Kelvin Grove Fortitude Valley and Chermside Shopping Centre. Close to Aldi supermarket and walking distance to Chermside Shopping Centre. Major bonus is plenty of parking on the street.I like the north side as I travel up to the sunny coast to visit friends and family often. I believe shared space is shared responsibility. I work in a professional capacity in the performing arts industry in the city and take the bus in for work. Everything is in the unit all you have to do is move in.
