A single unfurnished room (3m x 2.8m – can fit a double bed though with not much else in the room) next to the main available now. It has a built-in-wardrobe – for $130/week inclusive of electricity, unlimited wireless ADSL2+ internet accessed from your own PC, and shared cleaning supplies.
Bond = $520 (periodic sub-lease).

All food and personal products are your responsibility. Cleaning is shared between all housemates. Also, we don’t care how untidy your bedroom is so long as belongings left in the living area are not messy or need to be tidied up to be able to clean the house.

The home is a large, older townhouse with a courtyard at the front and my room is downstairs off the garage/laundry/courtyard. The other two bedrooms are upstairs with the bathroom/kitchen/dining/living area.
The courtyard is nice to sit in, there is a set of table and chairs and the upstairs enclosed balcony provides cover.

My name is Kristi and I work afternoon/evening shifts in the city. My cat ‘Luna’ is 13 years old, although she does not seem it. She is not very friendly so you don’t have to worry about giving her any attention. She will stay downstairs or outside.
There are hooks on the wall outside for a birdcage as a previous housemate had a bird, if you do already have one or want one in the future. Sorry no dogs are allowed by the body corporate either, and only one cat per unit which would be my cat.
Then there is Ben who also works in the city and is very easy to get along with. He rents the master bedroom.

There are several buses nearby. Within a couple of minutes walking distance there is the 334 and 370 and within about a 10-15 minute walk there is the 333, 369, 340 and 77. There is on street parking if you have a car (some of the neighbours also park in front of their townhouses).

Smokers and couples need not enquire (there isn’t really anywhere close by, outside to smoke without it blowing straight inside this place or the neighbours’). We don’t mind if you’re with someone and they stay over from time to time though. Students are encouraged to enquire as it is a quiet unit with excellent neighbours.
