We currently have two rooms available in a townhouse in Kedron. You have the option of two rooms both upstairs one is a larger room at the front of the house (facing east) good size comfortably fits bedroom furniture. The other room is smaller at the rear of the house but has a balcony these bedrooms share a central bathroom. There is also a toilet downstairs and plenty of space for storage if you need it under the stairs and in numerous cupboards. Parking is available in complex and on street.The townhouse is close to 3 different bus stops only taking around 15mins to get into the City or Chermside is a few minutes up the road also.Youll be living with a couple social easy to get along with we are out most evenings with work and other commitments but enjoy having a few drinks on weekends. Currently working part-time so around a bit on week days but likely to keep out of your way. Blair is an outdoor instructor at the Kangaroo Point Cliffs. Kat is a photographer and graphic designer.You will need to be approved by the real estate agent but it is usually processed in a day.
