The room will easily fit a queen sized bed and has a mirrored built-in robe. The room can also be fully furnished with a new queen bed frame and mattress if required (as seen in picture). The room is approx 3m by 3m. All rooms have beautiful leafy views overlooking Herston.

The unit is nice and quiet, and situated in a secure complex. It is very spacious and contains a large loungeroom furnished with two couches, coffee table, entertainment unit ,TV, DVD and dining table. Kitchen is also large and fully equipped. One bathroom to share. A long balcony wraps around one side of the unit and has beautiful sun and lovely views.

The rent is $210 per week with bills to be split with one other. Internet can be set up. Bond will be four weeks rent.
