We are 2 professional 28 year old females looking for new housemate. Our modern townhouse is in a lovely quiet street just off Herston Road. It is fully furnished except for the room available (although we would welcome a bigger TV!) has 2 bathrooms air con in the living area a great balcony and is close to transport. Its in a great location close to the ICB and walking distance to:Kelvin Grove Urban Village and QUT complete with Woolies a bottle shop and markets on a Saturday (10 mins)The Valley (25 mins)RBH Busway (7 mins)Vic Park Golf Course (5 mins)We are professionals so dont (often) go out during the week but have active social lives that take us out and about on the weekends. Someone with a similar lifestyle who is clean and tidy and likes to live in a nice place would fit in with us perfectly. Ideally we are looking for a guy to balance the house out but easy going girls are also welcome. Bills are shared (electricity only approx $90 a quarter) and there is some storage space available if needed. There is also plenty of street parking available and the room has built-ins with a full-length mirror.
