Currently got a large room free in a 3 bedroom Queenslander by the river at Breakfast Creek.Shared bathroom (second one downstairs in the garage) and plenty of storage. Can supply a couple of single beds and some drawers etc temporarily if needed but its not much.Current tenants (not a couple) keep busy during the week with sport and hobbies and work full time so not keen on a weekday party flat. But dont mind a few drinks or a dinner out in the weekend so looking for like minded trust worthy people!Shared areas are fully furnished but rent the washing machine so if you could bring one thatd be a bonus! (otherwise wed appreciate contribution to their rent but that can be sorted out with the bills).Will need to organise you go on the lease and bond etc.Cheers Dan!
