We have a room for rent in a brand new house in a new subdivision in Griffin. Only a 5 minute drive to North Lakes, it’s a really convenient location. The house is 3 bed 2.5 bath, so you would mostly have your own bathroom.
The house is fully furnished except for your room, so you will need bedroom furniture. The room is a large double, with a large built in, fan, and external access via the second story balcony.
Rent is 165 a week which includes reasonable usage of electricity, gas, water and internet. We are happy to split food as I cook most days, or provide room for you to store your own.
We are a young married couple, we have very different rosters so we are looking for someone fairly quiet and self contained, no raging parties at this house! We would love to hear from you if you want to see the house
