I’ll be moving out and need someone aged 20-30, who works full-time to replace me. The place is a 2 year old apartment, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedroom available is a double size room with a built in wardrobe. It’s a 7 min walk to the train station and 20min trip into the city. Off street parking is available and having left my car out there the whole time I’ve been here, it’s pretty safe as it’s a quiet neighbourhood.
