Available is an air-conditioned bedroom with own bathroom. The apartment is fully-furnished and includes a washing machine, dryer and high speed internet.

The apartment is in Cathedral Place, located halfway between the City and Fortitude Valley. It has a gym, spa, two pools and a beach. Our apartment has a large balcony that overlooks the pool.

We are an easy going young couple (Australian boy and Colombian girl) looking for a non-smoker that preferably studies or works full-time. Males and females are more than welcome to apply. No couples.

Rent is $235 and includes all bills except electricity (which usually come to $10 a month). We will require a 2 week bond. The room will be available from Friday the 14th March.
