I am looking for some people to take share accommodation in my three bedroom modern house in Fitzgibbon, close to public transport. $100-$120 + Electricity & Gas Bills, 2 weeks bond preferred but negotiable

You have your choice of three rooms, all have built in wardrobes, two are about 3m square (one with window to front carpark, one with window to small courtyard), and the other room is 3.5m square with a dual access bathroom and I’m asking $120 p/w for that one.

Queen size bed (with matress) and/or single size bed frame (no matress) available.
