Hi, I have a room available to rent in Fitzgibbon for $150/week. Furnished or unfurnished. The home is located in a quiet area, close to all amenities, 13km from CBD. Carseldine train station and buses are less than a 5min walk away. Close to shops, gyms, and parks. Chermside shopping centre is just a short drive away. Bracken Ridge tafe is a 5min drive away.

The house is less than a year old. It’s a double story place with kitchen (gas stove), lounge, toilet, single garage and laundry downstairs. Upstairs features two bedrooms, study, bathroom and toilet. The house features insulation, ducted aircon, and small patio out the front with BBQ.

The bedroom available is yet to be used and is large enough to fit a queen size bed with bedsides. It also features a built in wardrobe with mirror, and ceiling fan. Queen size bed with mattress available for use if required (linen can also be supplied). There is room in the study area for a desk if needed. There isn’t an ensuite, therefore we will be sharing the bathroom.

I’m a pretty easy going, chilled out kind of person. I work full time during the day. In the evenings I usually head to the gym or training. Don’t mind a good TV series or movie and the odd game on the xbox. Generally live a healthy lifestyle, eat, train, don’t smoke, only drink occasionally. I like to keep the place clean and tidy, and am respectful of others personal space.

Ideally I’m looking for a professional or student who is easy going, can clean up after themselves, and can pay the rent. Not after someone that wants to party, and would prefer someone that isn’t going to home during the day.

Rent includes fibre internet access (wireless available). All other bills (gas, electricity) will be halved. Groceries, laundry, toiletries are not included.
