Who are we?Im Michael and my other Flatmate is Aidan.We are in our 30s are both full-time working professionals are very quiet considerate respectful and easy going and are probably the cleanest males youll ever come across lol.Whats on offer?We have a bedroom large enough for a queen bed with room to move available in the 3 beds 2 baths immaculate household. Its located in a quiet neighbourhood close to Chermside shopping centre Gateway and easy access to Sunshine Coast. The room measures 3m x 3.2m plus BIRWho are we looking for?Male or female – Prefer female but not overly fussed in at least their late 20s or older. (We will consider someone younger however you MUST be very responsible mature and not into partying etc). You must be working Full Time and also be very clean and tidy and respectful. You must also be reliable and contribute to household chores and bills and have a good sense of humour and not be into parties.Most of the house is fully furnished with nice furnishings which is why we make sure we look after it all and respect each others belongings. We are both very family orientated as well so we dont mind the odd visit from family or friends as long as they share the same respect we do for others. What are the expenses?2 weeks RENT + BOND in advance (6 x $140 = $840) plus you must remain 2 weeks rent in advance at all times.Power comes in quarterly (around $200) plus we have a gas stove and hot water so every now and then there will be a gas refill expense ($130 a bottle split between us). Internet is $60 month split ($25 + $25 + $10) as the breakdown if you choose to utilise it. On the subject of bills and expenses Aidan spends 3 weeks a month in the mines so it is expected that myself and the other flatmate would ensure that we take the greater share of the power gas and internet accounts.
