Looking for someone to fill one of the spare bedrooms in this lovely 4 bedroom house. Room has built in wardrobe fan connected to air conditioning and has network access for internet. Applicant should be clean and tidy and willing to do their share of the house work as well somewhat social as we all like to have a chat.Rent is paid weekly to the landlord but utility bills are split evenly amongst the tenants and paid accordingly (monthly quarterly etc)Pets will be considered upon application.
