Hi there I have a double bedroom available in Ferny Grove for rent. There is a medium sized built in cupboard with hangers. The unit is fully furnished apart from the room and is only a few minutes from the train station. I am currently the only person living in the unit and would like to find a housemate who is preferably male straight and a non smoker. I would be happy to live with either a full time worker student or professional.I am a fairly quiet person but do enjoy a beer and socialising. Cheers
