Hi guys, I am a friendly 29 yr old female clean and tidy full time paramedic & nursing uni student. I have a fox terrier dog and a 3 legged cat that spend a lot of time in the house. I work part time as a vet nurse, am dedicated to my health and fitness by playing roller derby, crossfit and netball. I use my weekends to catch up on study or see friends but I am not a big party person. I am easy going and love a chat but am also respectful of my housemates privacy.

This 3 bedroom house is on a corner block in a low traffic cul-de-sac with on street parking. Large grassy backyard with undercover bbq area & outdoor setting.
1 bathroom with shower and bathtub, storage cupboard and vanity basin with drawers.
Air con unit in living room which spreads through house, fans in all bedrooms.
Washing machine & dryer available (may be taken at a later date by the person moving)
Coffee machine, microwave, oven, gas burner stove top & other kitchen appliances provided.
Leather L-shape couch and plasma tv in living room as well as a large bookskelf and piano.
Each bedroom is 3m x 3.5m and fits queen bed, bed side tables, chest of draws, desk ect
Both rooms will be unfurnished (no built in wardrobe)
1 room has baby blue walls with yellow, the other has baby blue and navy blue, both face the street and have good lighting through large glass fly screened window with thick curtains.

Mitchelton train station a 20min walk, bus stop at end of street to northern suburbs or city.
Brookside shopping centre is 5 mins down the road with coles, woolies and other stores.
People in defence are welcome to apply, only 10mins from enoggera base.
I have a lot of gay friends so anybody that swings that way are also welcome to enquire :)

I have 2 rooms available for 2 people (or if one person wants to rent both rooms that is fine too it will be $300 per week) Please email me a paragraph on yourself and I will get back to you within 24hrs or give me a call to discuss a time for an interview and check out the property. Prospective applicants will need to fill out an application form for owner approval and back ground check.

Ideal candidates:
aged between 25-35, non smoker, can clean up after themselves, tolerate the company of animals (they are very friendly and like cuddles), respectful, no couples, can pay rent on time.
