I have a 5m x 5m Studio for rent under our house (I own the property). The studio can be rented furnished or unfurnished and has its own entrance, entertaining area and bathroom. I have a small dog however another dog may be allowed (depending on size and nature etc.).

I have a preference for a female as I have a 7yr old daughter and I am also open to a rent reduction in return for babysitting (if this may be of interest). No couples please.
