The Albany Links Golf Course consists of 10 holes and a putt putt facility. It enjoys good patronage on a daily basis from a wide range of users who would reside generally within 15 minute drive time from the facility. The greens and fairways have recently been upgraded and the facility also includes a shop and hire area along with an external viewing deck for social interaction.

There is generous parking available near the entrance and active participants can easily negotiate the course.
There is an opportunity here to run the leasing of the facilities as a commercial business. We believe there exists opportunities to enhance the turnover by the introduction of golf lessons, the addition of modern golf buggies and the expansion of the range of products available for sale and/or hire to patrons. We are seeking Expressions of Interest by no later than 30th September 2013 to lease the leasehold of this facility.

The ex restaurant area has a GFA of about 210m2 and currently has some equipment and contents that may assist in the reopening of this area as a restaurant.
