hey guyscurrently were in a 4 bedroom house with one male 29 on female 21 and 2 adorable puppieswe have the biggest roomin the house available as the other is smaller and usually used for other purposes. were looking for another female housemate who is quiet and laid back. sorry but no children it wouldnt be siutable for the household life style and we cant have any more pets sorry. couples maybe concidered appon application also working is a must and need 2 weeks rent in advance. with the utilities we just usualy devide the bill up between us all. the room is big enough for a double or queen bed if furnisings are needed arangements can be made it is a share bath room with one other person. The house located in distance of 5 min to train lines and buses both sandgate and deagon stations.
