Hi there!I have a double room to rent out in my apartment.Its a pretty sweet deal – For $160 you will get your own room own bathroom and full use of the single lock up garage.My apartment is fully furnished – your room will have a single bed and a bedside table in there but if you have your own bedroom furniture to bring to the party thats no hassles at all!Im really easygoing enjoy a few drinks can handle a bit of mess but not a lover of dirtiness (i.e. rotten food in the fridge – blerrrr!!!)The room is available from 1 October 2010 and my lease expires on January 15th…If youre keen to stay on after January theres a good chance that ill be happy to stay on and extend the lease as well :)Cheers PS.
