A fully furnished room is available in a 2 bedroom top floor apartment in Clayfield. You will have your own ensuite and access to the balcony with great views overlooking the north side.

The apartment is conveniently located a stones throw away from the train station which is less than a minute walking distance and only 10 mins into the city via the train. Shops and cafes are also a minute or two away by foot.

All utilities (electricity, water and internet) are included in the rent. A bond of 2 weeks rent plus 2 weeks rent in advance is required upfront.
