The bathroom upstairs has a shower and bath. A washing machine fridge and all kitchen accessories are provided.The Townhouse is located in Chermside (great location!) and within walking distance of Chermside Shopping Centre Prince Charles Hospital and Public Transport. It is about 10 minutes to the city and Airport.Domestic bills are to be shared equally. The rent is $155 per week. The bond will be three weeks rent.I am looking for easy going friendly clean reliable and trustworthy persons.
