My partner and I are looking for a housemate to share in our three bedroom townhouse.

In walking distance to Chermide Westfield and Prince Charles Hospital. Public transport is easily accessible, with bus stops at the end of the street. We both work full time and I also study fulltime therefore we both live busy lives.

We are friendly, very clean and love a chat, however we also like to keep to ourselves. We would prefer a professional, quiet housemate.

You would have your own bathroom and a large size bedroom. The third room in the house will remain vacant.

We are exceptionally clean people and messiness/ untidyness will not be tolerated.
