Hey everyone!Room for rent in a two bedroom two bathroom and two car park unit in Chermside available now to share with one other (me).The room has built in cupboards and is also furnished with a queen bed and tall boy (set of drawers). The place is 2 minute walk to bus stop for buses into the City and Valley or a 10 minute walk to the Chermside shops where there are buses to the City and Southbank and the unit is also a 5 minute walk to the Prince Charles Hospital. There is also a set of shops around 2 minutes walk away with a supermarket take away shops etc.Rent is $150pw plus bills (being electricity and gas hot water) plus four weeks bond.A little bit about me – Im a 30yo female professional work Monday to Friday in the Valley like to go out and be social most weekends play sport two nights a week and am quite into music so also head out to see bands every now and then as well.As well as the usual things in a flatmate like being clean and tidy considerate etc the only thing on my must list is a non smoker.Cheers!
