I have a room available in a comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit. Utility costs are not included in the rent and are paid separately. An application form is required to be filled in prior to moving in as a requirement of the Real Estate. The unit is fully furnished however the available room is not. I am a student and my other housemate is a professional we are both female but do not mind having either a male or a female housemate moving in. We are both very laid back people and our only requirement is that smoking is not allowed.
