I have a fully airconditionned master bedroom with ensuite and walk-in wardrobe available for rent in a comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit in Chermside. There are currently two of us living in the unit at the moment I have recently graduated from uni and am working part-time my partner works full-time. We are both pretty laid back and easy going people. Rent costs do not include utilities which will be paid in addition to rent. Our lease will be up at the end of November so the lease would be short-term as we are planning on finding a house when the lease is up.
