We are a couple that is looking at renting out our self-contained granny flat in Chelmer! The house is situated within 10 minutes walk to the train station and shops. The Flat has 2 huge rooms (4.5×5.5 and 3.5×4.5) with the main having a massive walk-in wardrobe (2.6×1.9) and the other with a regular size built-in. The house also has plenty of room for storage. The spacious flat offers a modern bathroom with shower over bath and a seperate toilet. The laundry comes with a washing machine and the small kitchen consists of a portable oven cooktop and microwave oven with larger facilities available upstairs if required. The flat is available on the 7th of January and we are looking to fill it as soon as possible. We are both 24 year old professionals and work full time. We are quiet private and easygoing and were hoping to get another young couple or students to fill this vacancy but are flexible with applicants.
