We are looking for a 3rd person to join us in our gorgeous Queenslander. Ideally located within a short walk of Graceville Village Shops, Rail, Bus, Cinemas, Cafes.

This neat highset Queenslander features polished floors, 3 bedrooms, sleepout, modern kitchen and bathroom and an east facing full width front verandah.

You will be sharing with a 27-year-old male and 29-year-old female, both professionals. We’re easy going, clean, tidy and respectful. We like to go out on weekends and some mid-week nights.
