unfurnished room for rent in a 2 bedroom villa in carseldine. I am a 23 year old. I work fulltime and study part time. The villa is furnished except for the room i am renting out. There is a pool on site and plenty of parking. I require 2 weeks rent as bond up front. Utilities will be split 50/50. Safe complex and nice neighbourhood.
