My wife and I are 22yo and 23yo and I am an accountant and she is a uni student. We live in a 4 year old 4 bedroom house in Carseldine next to a quiet park with our 1 year old puppy. We both keep to ourselves a fair bit however would be happy to have a meal or a few drinks from time to time with whoever moves in.The room that is available is 3.3m X 3m and has a built in wardrobe. Next to it is a bathroom (shower basin bath) with separate toilet which is rarely used. The room is away from the communal areas.The rent is $150 a week for an individual or $190 a week for a couple. We are walking distance from Carseldine Village which has a Woolworths and are about 1.5km from Carseldine train station.
