I have a near new 4 bedroom home which is close to both train and bus to get into the Brisbane CBD and also near Chermside shopping centre as well as only 40 minutes away from Sunshine Coast beaches. I am a financial advisor that works long hours so you will have the place to yourself for a lot of the time so plenty of privacy. When I am not working I am usually catching up with friends for something to eat/drink. There is a separate wing to the house where you can use 2 bedrooms as well as have your own bathroom/toilet. Suitable for a student (female only guys are too messy) who wants to socialise have a laugh and meet new people and also explore Brisbane.
