My fiance and I are 22yo and 23yo and are both accountants. We live in a 4 year old 4 bedroom house in Carseldine next to a quiet park with our 9 month old puppy. We both keep to ourselves a fair bit however would be happy to have a meal or a few drinks from time to time with whoever moves in.The room that is available is 3.3m X 2.88m and has a built in wardrobe. Next to it is a bathroom (shower basin bath) with separate toilet which we do not use. The house is a U-shape and the available room is situated at the end of U away from the communal areas.The rent is $155 a week for an individual or $190 a week for a couple. We are walking distance from Carseldine Village which has a Woolworths and are 1.5km from Carseldine train station.
