Ground level features powder room, kitchen and spacious open plan air conditioned lounge and dining area opening out into a bright sunny courtyard. Second level has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The room available has ceiling fans, built in robe and room for double or queen bed (unfurnished room).

Situated within easy walking distance to Carseldine Train Station (750 metres), 1 km from Carseldine Shopping Village, 5 minutes drive to Chermside Shops and 15 km from Brisbane CBD.

You’ll be sharing with myself, 31 yo F, just recently moved to Sunny Brisvegas. I work full time shift work within the Travel industry and when not working tend to either be catching up with mates, spending time up in the Sunny Coast or enjoying downtime at home.
