Hello!

I have a 3 – bed townhouse with a nice courtyard.

The house is less than a minute walk to Carseldine Station. Complex and off street parking is available.

The house is easy going, fun and independent.

At the moment there is only me (30 year old, female) staying in the house. I am fairly outgoing and love to travel. I also enjoy cooking. I love the weekends and usually try to do something to add some fun into the week before heading back to work.

Looking for similar interested person to share the house with, preferably a working person but students are welcome too.

This house is not a share house it’s more a home. Prefer a long term housemate however shorter term stays may be negotiated. While a few drinks every now and then are pretty standard it’s definitely not a party house. So general consideration for others in the house is a must.
