We have a master bedroom in an awesome apartment for rent. A queen bed and chest of draws is included in the room which has a large ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. The apartment has amazing river views and great vibe. The building is modern with the usual facilities like a pool and gym. A car park can be arranged for an additional cost of $25 per week. We would prefer a single professional but couples or friends may apply and the rent would then be $330 per week. Electricity is not included in the rent and would be approximately $10 per week per person. Bond is equal to one month of rent and rent is to be paid fortnightly in advance. We are two professionals (not a couple) who lead active and social lives. We get along very well and would expect you to get along with us. We often cook meals together and make it a home rather than just somewhere to live but we do lead very different lives.
